My team and I have spent the last six years helping busy moms increase their energy, reduce chronic disease, and feel years younger with healthy lifestyle changes. Through online and in person presentations and events, we educate women on simple health changes and introduce them to the right tools to be healthy at any age. I am especially focused on helping moms approaching or experiencing menopause and the empty nest years to live vibrant, active lives.
It's so fun to hear these results reported back to me. I know when I started experiencing this greater level of health despite starting mid-40s, I couldn't believe it!
