Great health isn't a destination, it's a journey! It's fun and exciting to live life with plenty of energy to do all the things you want. Below are some of my favorite things I use daily to fuel my body well without tons of time shopping or in the kitchen.

I love these capsules as a fast way to feed my body plant nutrition. If you need a simple way to help make up for not eating 7-9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day, these are for you!
I rely on the Complete shakes for balanced nutrition (especially fiber!) in the mornings and when I am on the go. It's nice to be able to shake one up to keep from starving when I don't have access to healthy food choices. At home, I blend with fruits and greens for even more nutrients.
I eat these because they support heart and brain health, BUT I also love how they have improved my hair, skin and nails. Best part--no fish!!
It's fantastic have lettuce year-round and not having to deal with recalls. We've been growing for five years now and have to admit this is the closest to "set it and forget it" as you will get.
